COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update: Re-Opening

We will begin seeing patients on a limited basis by appointment only starting Friday, May 1st.

We will be using the following procedures for both the safety of our staff and our patients.

Virtual Waiting Room: When you arrive at our office, please stay in your car and call or text our office that you have arrived. We ask that only the patient(and 1 guardian, if applicable) come to the exam to avoid overcrowding.

Masks: Our staff will be wearing masks for your protection and we ask that patients wear face coverings while in the office.

Forms: Please fill out new patient forms or update any information that may have changed from the website before you arrive.

We will be making updates as the situation around the pandemic changes.
